For kids entering Grades 4 - 6:
Both of the two different themed programs will be offered each week.  Each week you can sign up for the theme you like best.

* Decade Week (Grades 4th-6th)
(Monday - Thursday: 8am - 12pm)
Ever wondered what life was like in the past, or what life might be like in the future? Well come travel through time and space with us as we travel back in time, but also into the FUTURE!! Each day will be a new decade, where we will play active outdoor games, make fun crafts, and learn about what it was like during that time period. We have all the games from building forts into a village to making your own futuristic robots. It is all a choice, but we encourage the kids to dress up in clothes that fit the decade so they can really get into character. Again, programming is done with social distancing in mind. The schedule for decades each day is: Monday - Medieval Era, Tuesday - 70’s Day, Wednesday - 80’s Day, Thursday - Into the Future. Make sure that your child brings sneakers, water (about 2-3 bottles because we can’t refill water), hand sanitizer, clean mask, and dressed appropriately for the weather each day.

* Theatre Week (Grades 4th-6th)
(Monday - Thursday: 8am - 12pm)
Get your imagination and creative juices flowing as we welcome campers to experience a taste of the theatrical experience. Campers will be given the task to produce their own short production, while pursuing their earliest career in acting, set design, or stage managing.  After writing their script within their team campers will be given three days to get their plays ready for the big stage (please note that they are not required to memorize lines). Actors will begin rehearsing, stage managers will ensure that everything is ready, and set designers will create the scene.  Although to help ensure a strong and well rounded start into their experiences, campers will be constantly challenged and pushed to think creatively, and quickly while  gaining a deeper understanding of both tone and body language. Throughout the week we will play improv games, charades, perform skits with twists, create stories, and have interview challenges, to become more comfortable on the stage. On Thursday campers will perform their plays, and videos will be uploaded for families and campers to later enjoy and watch together. We ask that each camper comes in with a full water bottle, clean mask, close toed shoes and sunscreen. All other materials will be provided and asked to remain at camp.  All activities are planned around current safety guidelines.
