In a Kripalu Flow yoga class, there's a specific structure that includes centering, warm ups, sequences, meditation and relaxation. Designed to awaken a non-judgmental self-awareness, the Kripalu approach offers a safe, disciplined practice that combines Western science with Eastern philosophy to promote vitality. Through these beautiful flowing sequences, we stretch, gain strength and balance. This is a beginner friendly/intermediate level class. You will love the way you feel afterwards.
Meet Jody
Jody is from Dublin, NH and the owner of Willow Tree Studio in New Ipswich. She has an extensive dance background and has been a yoga student of 19 years. Her formal yoga study focused on Kripalu yoga, a balanced, love your body, grounded practice and Inside Flow training. 300 YTT. She teaches gentle yoga and Kripalu flow at her studio.

Cost: $10/residents, $12/non-residents to drop in, monthly bulk package options available
Other Information:
- Bring your own yoga mat, but we have a couple spare mats for folks without their own
