Peterborough Recreation Ride & Ski Program
Sponsored by the PRD and Crotched Mountain 
This program is for 1st - 4th graders. 
 

Steps to register for this program:

Step 1: Sign up for the PRD program on this website. Our cost covers transportation, chaperones, and fees.

Step 2: Once our 20 spots are filled, we will email a link and code to families signing up for the full Slope Days package. If your child already has an Epic Pass, you will need to call (603-842-7549) or go to Crotched to utilize the A la carte option. A la carte pricing can be found here. You will need to forward your Slope Days confirmation email to jchidester@peterboroughnh.gov once you have purchased to confirm you are in the program with Crotched. You are not in our program if you are not registered with both programs. 

Logistical Information:
Crotched Mountain Slope Days Package: $408.00 includes 6 lessons, lift, and rentals for those six Wednesdays and one bad weather makeup day. If your child already has an Epic Pass, you can add lessons and rentals (if needed) separately. Every child must register for 4pm lessons.
Price for PRD Program:    $89/resident
                                          $95/non-resident
When: WEDNESDAYS, January 8, 22, 29, February 5, 12, 19, 26*
*bad weather makeup day; please note this is DURING school vacation week.
Time: Leave PES at 2:45pm, ski lesson at 4pm
          Return to PES at 7:30pm
Where: We leave from (and return to) the Peterborough Elementary School

Additional IMPORTANT Information: 
- Be sure to have your child dismissed from PES at 2:35 via PickUp Patrol.
- Parents of 6 year-olds must GO to Crotched to register them for the Slope Days package, no exceptions. 
- November 13th, 5-7pm will be the rental fitting night for families at Crotched. 
- There are no additional visits to the mountain after our program is over included in the Slope Days package this year.

Parents/Chaperones: Please commit to chaperoning only if you can commit to all 7 weeks of the program and if you can ski. We will provide lift passes and cover the fees for rentals for chaperones who do not already have them.

Chaperones must be background checked by the Town of Peterborough before they can attend the program. No other forms of background checks will be allowed.skiiers
