Cross Country Skiing Adult
Cross Country Skiing also known as Nordic Skiing is a great way to enjoy winter in New Hampshire. Cross country skiing can happen outside in your backyard or at a ski resort. Lindsey Masterson will be offering classic cross country ski lessons for adults and the youth. Let this clinic help you get out this winter, and enjoy the snow.

Cross Country Skiing Adult Program 
This is a coed clinic for never-ever, beginners and for those more interested in the sport of classic skiing. The clinic format will give you a chance to become comfortable on skis, go over techniques, and give you lots of great tips to continue your cross country ski experience. Lindsey will also help with equipment and where to ski questions. 

Cross Country Skiing Adult Program
Dates: Wednesdays: 1/20-2/10 Make up if needed due to weather 2/17 
Time: 1-2pm
Location: Ecco Field 
Fees: Res $99 NRes $115
Min/Max: Min 5 Max 20

What you will need to bring with you to class.
Backcountry or classic skies
Classic ski boots that work with your skis.
Poles
Lots of small layers you can take off as you warm up
Clean Mask when social distancing isn't possible.

Questions will be ask upon arrival. 
Covid-19 Screening questions:
i. Do you have any of the following symptoms of COVID-19:

1. Fever (a documented temperature of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or higher) or
are feeling feverish;
2. Respiratory symptoms such as a runny nose, nasal congestion, sore throat,
cough, or shortness of breath;
3. General body symptoms such as muscle aches, chills, and severe fatigue;
4. Gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea; or
5. Changes in your sense of taste or smell?
ii. Have you been in close contact with someone who is suspected or confirmed
to have had COVID-19 in the past 10 days? (Note: healthcare workers caring for
COVID-19 patients while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment are
not considered to have a close contact exposure and should answer “No” to this
question).
iii. Have you traveled on non-essential travel in the past 10 days outside of New
Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, Massachusetts, Connecticut, or Rhode Island (this
includes any international travel or travel by cruise ship and any domestic travel,
within the US, outside of NH, VT, RI, CT, MA or ME, regardless of the mode of
transportation)?
