Volleyball is back!  

Join other adults that enjoy volleyball in the SMS gym on Wednesday nights for fun recreational play. Online registration in advance is required. This is a cashless program and we do not do Venmo. Technical questions about the program can be sent to mtduston@gmail.com. 

For September 24 & October 1 Matt is offering skill sessions for anyone interested: Are you an adult who wants to play volleyball but doesn’t feel like they have the skills?  Or a more experienced player who wants to work on their core capabilities?  This session is for you!  Starting from first principles we will cover the four main skills of volleyball:  serving, passing, setting and hitting.  We will also discuss the rules of the game, as well as the importance of court position.  Time permitting we’ll play a game or two at the end so you can put what you’ve learned into practice. This session is the same cost as a regular visit. Sign up below.

When: Wednesday nights
Time: 7:30-9:30pm
Ages: 18+
Cost: $5 per visit with monthly packages available

Expectations:
- Bring comfortable clothes and a water bottle
- Beginners can be taught how to play

Refund Policy:
Participants must cancel 7 days prior to the start of the program to be eligible for a refund.  After that, refunds are not issued unless a program is cancelled, or the participant has an unforeseen medical situation. There is a 30% refund fee for all refunds canceled by the participant.  Fees cannot be prorated and we are unable to refund credit card convenience fees. Please check each program for program specific refund policies.
