RULES AND REGULATIONS
ALL ITEMS SET UP INSIDE MUST BE ARTIFICIAL to adhere to municipal and NH state code requirements AND MUST MEET OR EXCEED ALL FIRE, HAZARDOUS MATERIAL, UL ELECTRICAL AND SAFETY REGULATIONS.
Trees should have a tree skirt, topper and UL-approved LED.
Tree heights may range from mini (up to 24”) to large (12’ maximum). If yours is a table-top tree, please provide your own table and tablecloth.
You provide a household extension cord with your name on it and, if needed power strips.
Make sure tall trees are adequately supported to avoid toppling. You must provide a tree stand.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS MAY NOT BE USED FOR HEALTH AND SAFETY REASONS:
Unwrapped edible items, spray adhesives, loose glitter, confetti, artificial snow, or any flammable items left loosely on tree or tree skirt. Glitter-covered ornaments are allowed.
All ornament preparation must be done BEFORE setting up tree. For example, allow sufficient time for hand-made decorations to dry. No spraying or hot gluing on-site is permitted.
Trees may be set up in your choice of location, taking care to avoid having similar themed trees adjacent to each other.
The PRD reserves the right to reject any inappropriate or controversial themes or items. PRD staff decisions are final.
TREE SETUP—THURSDAY, December 4, 11–7pm. Please come early enough to make sure you are done by closing time.
Please keep in mind that your tree may be viewed from multiple angles.
Please bring your own step stool or ladder, if one is needed.
Please take any boxes and packaging materials home with you. Items left behind will be discarded.
NO SMOKING ALLOWED ON TOWN OF PETERBOROUGH PROPERTY.
TREE take down is Monday December 8th from 4:00 – 6:00 pm. Trees may not be disassembled before 4:00PM on Monday.
