Whether you're brand new to martial arts or looking to sharpen your skills through the basics of traditional Karate, each class emphasizes respect, teamwork, and personal growth - perfect for friends or individuals who want to learn and grow together or on their own. Meet the Instructor
Sensei Gregory Williams began his martial arts journey in 1987, training in traditional Okinawan Karate. He holds a 6th Degree Black Belt in Karate and a 4th Degree Black Belt in Kobudo (traditional weapons). With a deep passion for martial arts, Sensei Williams teaches and trains at camps and seminars throughout the USA, Canada, and Okinawa, Japan. Now a proud resident of Sharon, he is excited to share his experience and dedication with our local community.
Logistics
Where: Peterborough Unitarian Universalist Church, 2nd Floor Parish Hall, 25 Main Street, Peterborough
When: Mondays, Wednesdays, and some Tuesdays and Fridays
Time: 6:30-7:30pm
Ages: 18+
Cost: 9-week course is $70/resident, $90/non-resident, or purchase a month at a time for $35/resident or $45/non-resident. You may also purchase Drop-In visits as your schedule allows.
What to Bring to Class
- Wear comfortable workout clothes.
- Bring a water bottle and towel.
- Class is performed barefoot on hardwood, but you may also use ‘Court’ shoes (non-streaking) shoes.
