Pedal Together
Biking for ALL!
The Pedal Together Program is an inclusive cycling initiative designed to bring adults of all cognitive and physical abilities together to explore the scenic rail trails of the Monadnock Region. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced rider, this program creates a supportive and welcoming environment where everyone can participate at their own pace.
Each month, participants will explore a different local trail, riding approximately 3-5 miles round trip. Along the way, riders can take in the natural beauty of the region while improving fitness and boosting overall well-being. There will be 12 spots available each week after the first week, which has an unlimited number of registrations possible.
More than just a bike ride, Pedal Together fosters a strong sense of community and connection. It’s an opportunity to meet new people, share experiences, and enjoy the outdoors in an inclusive and encouraging group setting. Come pedal with us!
Helmets are required.
We strive to provide bicycles that suit a wide range of needs and preferences. However, our current inventory of bikes is limited as we pilot this new program. We cannot guarantee that we will have a bicycle to meet each individual’s specific needs at this time. We will have more adaptive bicycles available as our program grows in the future.
Caregivers and support staff do not need to register or pay for this program unless they plan to participate by riding a bike.
Logistics:
When: 7/2, 7/9, 7/16, 7/23, 7/30
Time: Every Thursday in July, 9:30am-11:30am
Where: Oak Park, Greenfield , NH
Who: Adults 22+ of all abilities
Program Cost: $5/participant that requires a bike or helmet, $0/participant if they will have their own bike and helmet
What to Bring: Bike, helmet, sneakers, water, snacks, and sunscreen (bikes and helmets provided for $5/ride/participant)
